In this project, Boom Cymru and Rondo Media are collaborating to understand the reasons for the lack of socio-economic diversity in the film and TV sector and practically address issues that are identified.

This will include providing opportunities to individuals and engaging with schools, colleges, and local communities to highlight potential careers in the sector, culminating in a research report summarising learnings to improve socio-economic diversity in the media sector.
