This guide, which taps into the lived experience of hundreds of neurodivergent creatives, media businesses and the scientific and creative industry expertise of our team, includes descriptions of neurodiversity and associated concepts. It also gives tangible guidance for creating more diverse, inclusive, and equitable work environments and processes that not only benefit neurodivergent creatives, but also the businesses that employ them.
