Applications close: 6:00 pm Sunday 10 May 2026
Course Details
‘Practical AI for the Workplace’ helps screen sector organisations across Wales take their first steps into generative AI in a safe, supported and hands‑on way. Delivered over four ninety-minute online sessions, the training introduces participants to generative AI chat bots through relatable examples and practical exercises shaped by real‑world scenarios from the media and creative industries.
Alongside the weekly training, each organisation will receive up to 8 hours of one‑to‑one consultancy with a generative AI expert. These sessions help teams explore opportunities, test ideas, and apply tools to their specific workflows.
To deepen understanding and help guide long‑term planning, organisations also take part in surveys and interviews throughout the programme. These insights are combined into an individualised company report, summarising key findings, new ways of working developed and actionable recommendations.
All participants also become founding members of the Champions Network, a peer learning community offering ongoing support, monthly webinars, and cross‑sector knowledge sharing.
